Hola! I am Doctor Hilda Gonzalez, and I am a Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist & Clinical Herbalist with a Doctorate & Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
In addition to acupuncture and clinical herbalism I use an expansive integrative individualized approach including lifestyle medicine, nutritional therapy, 5 element therapy, body work, breathwork, spirit platicas, limpias, yoga nidra, chi nei tsang, womb sobadas, etc. and always honoring and coming back to my roots of Traditional Mexican Indigenous Medicine (specifically my herbal lineage practices and those from my birth place of Michoacán, Mx.)
It is my goal to get to "the root," "hasta la raiz" in order to empower my patients with the appropriate modalities and tools they need to achieve their health and personal goals. I am your biggest cheerleader, I will hold you accountable and support you along the way.
I strive to also live a life that honors the practices I recommend and to take care of my own health.
If you are interested in working together, I have a wonderful office in San Marcos, Ca. I also offer virtual appointments if you are not in Southern California. I look forward to working with you.
