This appointment is for those seeking guidance with any aspect of their wellness from nutritional therapy, gut microbiome optimization, menstrual health support, herbal prescription, stress management techniques, etc. You will receive a detailed customized protocol and treatment plan based on your unique Elemental and Biotype always honoring your personal journey and cultural needs. This will include a nutrition plan with recipes, lifestyle support, herbal and supplemental recommendations to support you on your path to whole health.
