Intro to NRGY Abdominal Method
Combining my unique style with a background and certifications in Chi Nei Tsang, Womb Massage, Thai Bodywork, Tui na, Meridian Therapy, Acupuncture, Breathwork and Shiatsu you will learn techniques from these various styles to incorporate for your own care and the care of your family. These techniques help support healthy digestion, improve peristalsis, reduced abdominal discomfort, manage womb inflammation/pain, support improved AMH levels and relax the nervous system. I have developed this method based on what I have found in clinical practice to flow, integrate and generate results. After over a decade of investing in courses, certifications and application I am excited to share this all with you to save you time and resources.
The beauty of this workshop it is a fully hands on class and all techniques only require your hands. However, additionally to learning the NRGY Abdominal Method you will ALSO learn techniques for warming the women with Moxibustion (mugwort warming technique), cupping the abdomen (for constipation, fibroids, etc.) as well as abdominal guasha (specifically for improving AMH levels for fertility). You will receive a silicone cupping set, a scraping tool for the Guasha demo, oil and a moxibustion cigar.
All workshops also include an accompanying PDF for reference and guidance.
And of course you will have an opportunity for you to practice these techniques while mentored and supported by me, Dr. Gonzalez.
Additionally, we will have vegan snacks and warm tea available for you to enjoy throughout the workshop.

While this class is centered around women's health, we do cover techniques for general digestive health including for children.
Spaces are VERY limited as we want this to be an intimate hands on experience where you feel safe and personally mentored and guided by Dr. Gonzalez. This is a hands-on in person workshop, you must be comfortable receiving and offering bodywork. If you are not, please do not sign up for the workshop.
Note this is not a CEU workshop or certification workshop. This is an autonomous community-care style class so we can disseminate and empower as many practitioners/community members as possible.
