IVF implantation Day Support- $125- 60mins (Please schedule 2 appointments, 1 before procedure & 1 after. If the appointments are outside business hours there is an additional $50 charge to accommodate )
This appointment is for your IVF implantation day. It includes one treatment prior to implantation and one directly after. Because implantations often occur early in the morning, the first appointment is usually very early and needs to be scheduled in advance. This appointment is for the expecting parent that is getting ready to deliver. Ideal for a few days before expected delivery date. It includes Spinning Baby Balance method techniques + Acupuncture targeted for delivery support and natural induction. This appointment is ideal for established prenatal patients but first time patients are welcomed.
Postpartum Ceremony & Treatment-$165,75mins
This appointment is for the postpartum patient looking to integrate their birthing experience. You will be guided with gentle massage, thai bodywork, alignment techniques, breathwork and acupuncture. This appointment is ideal after 4-6 weeks PP or once released by provider.

Ready to pamper and nurture yourself or the special person in your life? This luxurious 90 minute treatment includes acupuncture points specifically to balance and tonify while relaxing the nervous system. Also includes a full facial sculpting massage with buccal release (intraoral massage), a gentle hydrating mask, neck and shoulder release, facial steaming and all vegan natural products. Finally they are anchored back with some foot reflexology using warming herbal oils and hot stones.

This is my custom signature facial that I developed after many years of cultivating my physical and spiritual gifts. It is an integrative facial that has a mind, body and spirit approach for both a beautiful physical and spiritual glow. It includes: facial and body acupuncture, steaming, warm towels, exfoliation, sculpting massage (guasha, facial cupping, facial acupressure, buccal), nourishing gentle face mask, moisturizing cruelty-free products, Mesoamerican deck card-pulling, sound therapy and a spiritual limpia.
*While this is an esthetic & spirit focused treatment, facial acupuncture benefits also include: reducing localized muscular tension (e.g. tmj pain), increase blood flow and circulation, reduce tension headaches and migraines, support post neuralgia and/or facial paralysis recovery, emotionally can remind us to speak our truth and spiritually we can become further connected with our higher self.
Yoga Nidra + Auricular Acupuncture: $125 60mins
A method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) also known as the OG hypnosis. This guided practice allows you to scan the body & tap into a state of relaxed consciousness to begin to shift your life and habits. This appointment also includes Auricular/Ear acupuncture (no body acupuncture used). Auricular acupuncture focuses on just the ear to treat the entire body. It is described as a reflexive treatment of physical, emotional, and neurological dysfunctions via specific zones on the ear where these dysfunctions are reflected. The ear is a microsystem of the entire body. Numerous investigations showed that vagal tone was elicited by auricular acupuncture or auricular acupressure and could help with cardiovascular regulation, respiratory regulation & GI regulation.
Fire Cupping Only | $68, 30mins (No Acupuncture)
For those only interested in experiencing Fire cupping for the first time or looking for only Fire Cupping. This is a 30 minuted appointment solely focused on fire cupping the area/s you want to focus on, e.g. back, legs, abdomen, etc. Fire cupping is a negative pressure therapy that can help reduce pain, break up scar tissue, improve mobility, support lymphatic movement/drainage, and reduce overall tension and inflammation.Please note, this appointment does not include acupuncture.
*Also, please be aware that the cups may leave a mark that can last 3-7 days.

In this appointment you will be guided through a breathwork technique I have developed by combining Conscious connected breathwork, holotropic breathing, qi gong, pranayama, meridian therapy theory, acupressure and indigenous ceremonial practices of central Mexico. NRGY Breathwork is an integrative breathing technique intended to energize the breath and facilitates a deep awareness of connection with your higher self, providing the groundwork for profound personal development. Male Fertility Herbal & Nutrition Consultation (Virtual): $125 45 mins- Quick and To the point. Male sperm quality can be improved faster than egg quality because of it's quick turnover, and we can do this via lifestyle changes that introduce some key nutrients, custom herbal formulas and simple lifestyle changes. This appointment takes the complication out of it and helps you understand ways to easily improve sperm quality. (Herbs can be quickly drop shipped directly to your home)

If you have labwork ordered by another practitioner that you would like me to review with you please upload it to your portal prior to your appointment. This is an add-on that can be applied to any other appointment that does not already include labwork review. Why the add on? When you request that I review labwork ordered by another clinician or practitioner, I have to take time to review it, assess it, discuss it with you and make a plan. Please note, it is always the practitioner's responsibility who ordered the labs to review them with you and give you an assessment. I am not liable for any labs ordered by another practitioner.
