This appointment assists the lymphatic system in maintaining the body’s fluid balance for those looking to reduce inflammation, pain, water retention or wanting to detoxify. This appointment combines the benefits of Acupuncture to stimulate the circulatory system with lymphatic detox massage and fire cupping to target areas of concern.
*Lymphatic massage is a very gentle and slow massage that works on the lymph system, this is NOT deep pressure.

This appointment is for your IVF implantation day. It includes one treatment prior to implantation and one directly after. Because implantations often occur early in the morning, the first appointment is usually very early and needs to be scheduled in advance. This is the ultimate pampering experience for the expecting person. This appointment includes safe prenatal acupuncture and a relaxing full prenatal massage.
Birth Preparation Support-$165,75mins
This appointment is for the expecting parent that is getting ready to deliver. Ideal for a few days before expected delivery date. It includes Spinning Baby Balance method techniques + Acupuncture targeted for delivery support and natural induction. This appointment is ideal for established prenatal patients but first time patients are welcomed.
Postpartum Ceremony & Treatment-$165,75mins
This appointment is for the postpartum patient looking to integrate their birthing experience. You will be guided with gentle massage, thai bodywork, alignment techniques, breathwork and acupuncture. This appointment is ideal after 4-6 weeks PP or once released by provider.

Facial Ceremony | $165, 75 mins
This is my custom signature facial that I developed after many years of cultivating my physical and spiritual gifts. It is an integrative facial that has a mind, body and spirit approach for both a beautiful physical and spiritual glow. It includes: facial and body acupuncture, steaming, warm towels, exfoliation, sculpting massage (guasha, facial cupping, facial acupressure, buccal), nourishing gentle face mask, moisturizing cruelty-free products, Mesoamerican deck card-pulling, sound therapy and a spiritual limpia.
*While this is an esthetic & spirit focused treatment, facial acupuncture benefits also include: reducing localized muscular tension (e.g. tmj pain), increase blood flow and circulation, reduce tension headaches and migraines, support post neuralgia and/or facial paralysis recovery, emotionally can remind us to speak our truth and spiritually we can become further connected with our higher self.
Yoga Nidra + Auricular Acupuncture: $125 60mins
A method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) also known as the OG hypnosis. This guided practice allows you to scan the body & tap into a state of relaxed consciousness to begin to shift your life and habits. This appointment also includes Auricular/Ear acupuncture (no body acupuncture used). Auricular acupuncture focuses on just the ear to treat the entire body. It is described as a reflexive treatment of physical, emotional, and neurological dysfunctions via specific zones on the ear where these dysfunctions are reflected. The ear is a microsystem of the entire body. Numerous investigations showed that vagal tone was elicited by auricular acupuncture or auricular acupressure and could help with cardiovascular regulation, respiratory regulation & GI regulation.
Fire Cupping Only | $68, 30mins (No Acupuncture)
For those only interested in experiencing Fire cupping for the first time or looking for only Fire Cupping. This is a 30 minuted appointment solely focused on fire cupping the area/s you want to focus on, e.g. back, legs, abdomen, etc. Fire cupping is a negative pressure therapy that can help reduce pain, break up scar tissue, improve mobility, support lymphatic movement/drainage, and reduce overall tension and inflammation.Please note, this appointment does not include acupuncture.
*Also, please be aware that the cups may leave a mark that can last 3-7 days.
NRGY Breathwork and Spirit Platica | $150, 75mins
In this appointment you will be guided through a breathwork technique I have developed by combining Conscious connected breathwork, holotropic breathing, qi gong, meridian therapy theory, acupressure and indigenous ceremonial practices of central Mexico. You are cherished, and cared for in a compassionate and supportive way, something everyone should experience at least once. NRGY Breathwork is an integrative breathing technique intended to energize the breath and facilitates a deep awareness of connection with your higher self, providing the groundwork for profound personal development. It is followed by a spirit platica/talk to fully integrate the experience.

Integrative Lifestyle Medicine
What is Lifestyle Medicine?
Lifestyle Medicine is an approach where the focus is on therapeutic lifestyle interventions as primary modalities to treat various lifestyle realted conditions. The focus becomes on adapting a sustainable nutritional plan, new behavioral interventions and improve physical activity and sleep.
What is Integrative Lifestyle Medicine?
This approach, similar to the one above, also focuses on evidence-based lifestyle intervention practices, but expands to also incorporating a mind/body/spirit approach by utilizing breathwork, yoga nidra mediation (a type of self-hypnosis), culturally sensitive nutrition, acupressure techniques, herbal medicine and spirit talks/platicas.
What should you expect during an Integrative Lifestyle Medicine Virtual Appointment?
During this appointment, we will begin by honoring the directions, setting a clear intention for your session, getting to know you and understanding the "root" of what lead to your chief complaint. You will also be introduced to 5-elements and gaining understanding on how these can greatly influence your day-to-day and your wellbeing. We might incorporate breathwork, meditation, acupressure techniques, self massage, Qi gong, etc. Above all, the goal is that you feel heard, supported and cared for.
What should you expect following your Integrative Lifestyle Medicine Virtual Appointment?
Following your appointment you will receive a comprehensive treatment plan, which will include a customized nutrition plan, lifestyle plan, meditation prompts, 5-element day clock with hour-to-hour details, and herbal prescriptions when needed (these can be dropshipped to your door at an additional cost).
What happens after you receive your comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine Virtual Appointment Plan?
You should review it, it will be A LOT, of powerful information. Take time to sit with it, really go through the plan, and when you are ready begin to incorporate it.
When should you schedule a follow up?
It is suggested that upon receiving your Comprehensive Treatment Plan you take a week to review it and begin incorporating the changes. You should schedule a follow-up within 1-2 weeks of starting your treatment plan to stay consistent, motivated and to clarify any questions. Then after 3-4 weeks of fully immersing yourself into your treatment plan, it is suggested you follow-up for a 30minute appointment once again to make sure you are continuing to stay accountable and feel supported. While consistency varies, as some patients enjoy more accountability and schedule once a week for the next couple of months, other patients prefer scheduling every 3-4 weeks throughout the next 6 months to continue to stay accountable and be supported. It is up-to you.
Final reminders?
The time we have during our appointments is very limited, if we are lucky we get to meet at least once a week. However, the time you spend with yourself is endless and that is where the changes happen. Ultimately, you need to be ready to commit to yourself and honor your own healing journey.
